to changes in technology and data processing, we at Texas Exchange Bank also take pride in our adherence to the more old-fashioned
virtue of customer confidentiality. When a customer opens an
account with us, that customer provides us with private financial
and personal information, and we are committed to maintaining

As a financial institution, Texas Exchange Bank maintains

We have learned that the more we know about our customers,

perform their duties are authorized to access customer information.

agent for American Express, which company is licensed under
the laws of the State of Texas and is subject to regulatory
