In order to protect your account we have had to shut off the signature based function of your Texas Exchange Bank MasterMoney card. During this time your card can still be used for PIN based transactions to make purchases and get cash. Many merchants are capable of accepting PIN based transactions.  Please select DEBIT or PIN on the merchant point of sale (POS) device.

During this time, if you need to get cash and cannot use the Texas Exchange Bank ATM, we will waive the $1.00 foreign activity charge and refund the convenience fee charge by the ATM owner.   Please bring your receipt showing the convenience fee (sometimes called surcharge fee) by the branch to have it refunded.

We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.
